MPS-2B series grinding and polishing machine is a grinding and polishing machine with grinding and polishing function newly developed by our company for the current market. It has the characteristics of simple and fashionable appearance, strong practical function and so on. One appearance patent and one utility model patent have been obtained.
Main features of this machine:
The ABS shell is molded, and the steel bottom plate is thickened, the whole machine is firm and beautiful;
The control part adopts 3 versions:
1) Fixed speed switch direct drive;
2) 0.8-inch super large LED screen display, non-contact touch switch, stepless speed regulation;
3) 5-inch 32-bit true color screen, touch screen speed adjustment.
The speed-adjustable type is equipped with an AC servo motor, which has the characteristics of large torque at low speed, low noise, and stable high speed;
There is a water cooling device on the top of the grinding and polishing disc, a dirt flushing device on the bottom, double discs and double drains, which are not easy to be blocked by scaling;
The cooling water nozzle adopts floating type, which can clean the grinding and polishing disc and workpiece in all directions after being pulled out, which is convenient and practical;
The whole machine adopts modular design, which is convenient for maintenance and overhaul.
