This machine is a fully automatic ZXQ-5 metallographic sample mounting machine with the function of cooling in and out of water. It is suitable for thermal mounting of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic), and the mounting parameters such as heating temperature, holding time, and force are set. Finally, put in the sample and mounting materials, close the gland, press the work button, and the mounting work can be completed automatically, without the need for operators to be on duty beside the machine. According to the samples with different requirements, the molds of 4 specifications can be arbitrarily selected and replaced, and two samples can be pressed at the same time, which doubles the preparation capacity.
