Microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo hydraulic testing machine operating procedures

1. Turn on the computer and switch the software to the operation interface.

2. Turn on the oil pump.

3. Click the piston to rise, so that the large piston rises 3-5mm (see the displacement window frame), click to stop.

4. Open the parameter panel and enter the parameters, then close the parameter panel.

5. Open the solenoid valve handle, select a suitable clamp to clamp one end of the sample, and adjust the clamping range of the sample.

6. Clear and clamp the other end of the sample.

7. Click start and select the speed to start the test, and close the solenoid valve switch when the test curve is generated.

8. When the test is over, turn on the solenoid valve switch to remove the sample, click on the quick oil return to return the piston to its original position

9. Watch the data on the data panel.

10. Print the required data.

11. If there are other tests, repeat operations 3-10.

12. After the work is over, turn off the oil pump, software, cut off the power supply, and clean up.
